DELIVERY & PAYMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to restriction in the Spanish Postal Service caused by the Covid-19, we have reduced our shipments to once per week. We will ship orders on Tuesdays morning and orders made after Monday afternoon will be shipped the following week.



About our package delivery and payment policy:

-       All packages will be sent by certified mail, we’ll also provide our customers with a tracking number. If they wish to follow their delivery status they can do it at the mail company website.  All deliveries will only be sent through Correos de España ( Spain’s National Post and Mail Service), we don’t operate with other mail delivery companies.

-       All payments will be charged by paypal or credit card. Once we received the payment,  we will deliver the customer’s order to the address provided in their registry form when they signed up in Kawaii & Cute Official Website and not to the address registered in their paypal account. If the customer wishes to ship their order to a different one, due to the fact that it’s a gift or they have a new address, the user will have to change it or add the new address while they are in the process of checking out to pay for their order.

-       Our delivery fees are in accordance with the user’s rules and conditions regulated by Correos de España. Before confirming their payment the customer will be able to see the details of their order, showing the delivery fee, taxes, items and their prices. This invoice will also be send to their email address once the payment is processed.

-       In the case that the payment have not been validated and received in the following week (7 days since order’s payment) your order will be cancelled.

-       K&C (Kawaii & Cute) will deliver customers’ order in approximately 3 business days. We sent orders on tuesday and friday of each week (except on holiday days)

-       K&C can’t be held responsable of any delay directly related to the delivery company.

-       Once the order is delivered it should arrive in a period between 4 and 8 business days for national order and between 7 and 30 days for international orders.

-       Refunds: We only accept order’s refunds in issues related to an invoice error and always under the stipulation that the merchandise is in perfect condition.

-       All our ítems are carefully packaged and protected.

-       K&C can’t be held responsable for any damaged occured during transit once it’s shipped.

-       K&C is not responsible for shipments that are returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, not having been picked up at the destination postal office after the stipulated storage time, or having refused payment of customs taxes at destination, if there were.

-       We send the payment invoice and shipment notifications to the email address provided by the user when they registered in our website. We don’t send a printed copy of the invoice if not specified by the customer. This request must be notified by email.

-       Regarding to any issue related to the stock once the payment have been confirmed we’ll try to solve the problem as soon as possible, amongst the options available we can offer another item or a refund.

-       There can be small differences between the photographs provided and product due to the fact that our merchandise is handcraft.
